Overview
As a part of the Boeing | TMCF HBCU Investment, the Boeing Regional Technical Talent Development Hub is a highly competitive program that seeks to provide resources to develop a technical talent development triage between the local Boeing Site, current Priority HBCU and/or surrounding technical HBCUs. This two-day, all-inclusive engagement will provide students with increased knowledge, including skills training that will ultimately prepare satellite HBCU students to compete for both professional and technical roles within The Boeing Company and expand Boeing's current reach within the HBCU talent development space. The Boeing Regional Technical Development Hub will be held October 29-30 in Huntsville, AL.

- Materials Management Analyst
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Skill codes associated with this profile were included in an initiative to remove degree requirements. Removing degree requirements is intended to expand opportunities and tap into an experienced workforce with relevant skills and experience. Qualifications now include related work experience, related military experience, or degree (e.g. Bachelors, Masters) preferred but not required.
- Experience or education that includes:
- Supply chain management methodologies
- Analyzing material requirements
- Incorporating schedules into a production plan
- Inventory and materials management processes
- Maintaining part numbers
- Material planning systems
- Ability to obtain a US security clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship
- Typically 1-3 years of related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required
Applicants interested must adhere to the following:
- Must not have any disciplinary infractions on academic record
- Candidate for Fall 2024 OR Spring 2025 graduation
- Some positions must meet Export Control compliance requirements therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required "US Person" Includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

- Alabama A&M University
- Alabama State University
- Bishop State Community College
- Coahoma Community College
- Drake State Community and Technical College
- Lawson State Community College
