As an IT business analyst, youll work to develop leading-edge applications which will support the mission of the government. Working with your team of architects, developers, testers, and business analysts and alongside user experience specialists and content strategists, youll identify clients business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. Youll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and youll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, youll deliver high business value products to federal government u , citizens, and various department office clients.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience with driving digital transformation and large-scale enterprise improvement initiatives
Experience with defining and implementing roles and responsibilities, organizational decision rights, and governance boards to drive performance and conformance to Mission Objectives
Experience with creating Change Management Plans to include communication and training activities and executing the plan
Knowledge of developing business intake criteria and managing the pipeline of incoming business opportunities through active prioritization
Ability to lead customer engagement activities to define requirements, negotiate cost-justified service levels, and optimize customer experience (CX) with Mission systems and services
Bachelors degree

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Ability to design tools and templates to automate business case development, portfolio management, communication, and issue resolution to support effective Backlog management
Ability to define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
