We are looking for experienced MODEL-BASED SYSTEMS ENGINEERING professionals to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract.

Do you have at least one full year of MBSE experience? If so, we WANT to see your resume!!!

These will NOT be remote positions. The positions will be filled at Schriever SFB, Colorado Springs, CO

These positions are expected to pay $75,000 - $175,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.

Basic Requirements:
• Must have at least 1 year of Model-Based Systems Engineering experience
• Must have a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher (CCNA-Security CySA+ (formerly CSA+), GICSP, GSEC, Security+, CND, or SSCP)
• Must have, or obtain, and active DoD Secret Security Clearance

Desired Requirements:
• Have experience in systems engineering, virtual machines/environments, systems engineering "V" process methodologies and tools
• Have a strong working knowledge of MBSE best practices, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) and/or Risk Management Framework (RMF) controls
• Have a working knowledge of any combination of the following technical/management skills: MagicDraw, Cameo, Rhapsody, Windchill, Doors, Velocity Template Language (VTL)
• Have a working knowledge of any combination of the following technical/management skills: software engineering, Linux and Windows systems administration, web applications/deployments, storage management, effective database management techniques
• Have experience with creating and/or using: style guides, ontology, model packages, metadata and tagging, Master Data Plan (MDP), Data Governance, and/or Access Control Policies
• Have experience with project management
• Have documented experience developing and editing Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) products for major space and IT systems
• Have extensive experience and working knowledge in both ballistic missile defense and space applications/systems
• Have Professional Certifications by INCOSE or in any of the technical skills listed above and demonstrated commitment to professional developmental in their field(s)
