Seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director- Data Product Strategist and Regulatory reporting leader. As the Managing Director, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic vision of the data products platform to support the banks regulatory reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive financial services industry experience and a deep understanding of Tableau, Qlik, and Business Objects BI platforms.

Key Responsibilities Include- Program leadership, Strategic Planning, Stakeholder engagement, Data Products platform management and regulatory reporting.

- Lead the strategic direction and management of the data products platform, driving innovation and efficiency in business intelligence and data analytics.

- Develop and implement a cohesive data product strategy that aligns with the bank’s overall business objectives and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of data visualization and reporting tools using Tableau, Qlik, and Business Objects.

- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the bank to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights through advanced data products.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and regulatory reporting, integrating relevant advancements into the bank’s data strategy.

- Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure the integrity, security, and quality of data across all platforms.

- Lead initiatives to enhance data governance and ensure adherence to best practices in data management and reporting.

- 10+ years of relevant industry experience especially focused on the management of data product platforms

- Strong proficiency in Tableau, Qlik, and Business Objects.

- Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic data initiatives.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Commitment to staying current with industry trends and regulatory changes.

The estimated salary range for this position is $170,000.00 to $195,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
