MDM/STIBO CONSULTANT (TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL)

Location: Remote with heavy travel required, primarily to various offices on the East Coast (mainly NC + MA). Willingness to travel weekly for the initial 12-week engagement is necessary.

Contract Duration: 12 weeks (with potential for extension based on performance and additional project work).

Hours: Eastern Time Zone

Project Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled MDM/Stibo Consultant (Techno-Functional) to join our team for a critical project with a leading retail client engaged in MDM process-related work. The client is currently experiencing challenges with their Stibo implementation and is seeking an expert to assess their current environment, identify missing data elements, and provide solution recommendations. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on a major retail enterprise with a strong presence on the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Solutions Architect, working closely with the client to understand their current MDM environment.
• Lead customer workshops, gather requirements, and deliver tailored solutions to address identified gaps.
• Advise on best practices and strategies for improving MDM implementations, particularly around Stibo domains including Product, Vendor, and Location.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of MDM solutions within the broader business strategy.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience as an MDM Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Strong background as a Technical Architect, with a track record of leading customer workshops, gathering requirements, and delivering successful solutions.
• Expertise in MDM implementations, specifically with Stibo.
• In-depth knowledge of key Stibo domains: Product, Vendor, and Location.
• Retail industry experience is essential.
• Demonstrated customer-facing and consulting experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with MDM tools other than Stibo is a plus.
• Previous consulting experience with service integrators such as Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture, Cap Gemini, IBM, etc., is highly desirable.
