MDS/ Charge Nurse

Position: MDS Nurse/Charge Nurse (Full-Time) Location: RegalCare at Taunton

RegalCare at Taunton is seeking a dedicated and skilled MDS Nurse/Charge Nurse to join our team in a dual role. This full-time position involves both MDS assessments and charge nurse duties, with an on-call rotation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct MDS assessments and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate and oversee patient care plans, working closely with interdisciplinary teams.
• Manage daily nursing operations, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff during shifts.
• Participate in the on-call rotation
• Qualifications:

• Valid RN/LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Experience with MDS assessments is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous charge nurse experience is preferred.
