We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate RN/LVN to serve as an MDS Coordinator (Resident Assessment Coordinator) to assist with the coordination of resident assessment process, care planning, and MDS assessment. Schedule: Monday-Friday with once a month on-call

RN MDS Coordinator Salary: $75,000 - $98,000 / year DOE

LVN MDS Coordinator Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 / year DOE

About You:

• Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license from accredited program, school or university.
• RNAC Certification
• Previous MDS Coordinator experience required
