ADON/MDS Coordinator-RN Job Qualifications:

• RN/LPN in CO or in compact state
• CPR certified
• Supervisor experience
• Prefer at least 1 year experience as a RN/LPN

ADON/MDS Coordinator-RN Job Duties:

• Assist the DON with day to day supervisory functions. Coordinate and assist with completion and submission of accurate and timely interdisciplinary MDS Assessments, and Care Plans
• Follow state and federal guidelines
• Follow facility policies and procedures
