Insight Global is searching for a direct-hire Production Manager based in Dallas for a commercial mechanical construction company. They will help lead field productivity/leadership, having a group of field production leaders and are going to be tasked with really growing that group to the next level. They need to be able to think strategically (how to grow the group, keep them productive, and outline their growth). They have to be able to communicate their vision confidently and hold people accountable.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7 years of field experience in commercial construction in roles such as general superintendent, field operations manager, or director of field operations
- Must specialize in mechanical construction (specifically HVAC and plumbing)
- Experience running multiple projects (4+) at a time with combined project values exceeding $45mil.
- Leadership experience
