Salary: $115,000 - $140,000

Qualifications:

* Hold a mechanical engineering degree at a minimum, with a Master's degree a plus
* Metallurgical education / experience important
* Ten years of sophisticated tool design and troubleshooting experience in metal forming business with various tool materials and manufacturing processes
* Experience with secondary processes such as welding, surface treatments, component assembly, robotics desired.
* Thorough knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic presses, hydro forming, spinning, EDM, CNC machining, metrology
* Has worked directly with customers in concurrent engineering, product conceptualization and design
* Thorough knowledge of ISO, 3-D Design and solids modeling, FMEA, PPAP processing.
Excellent communication skills, team spirit, creativity; enjoy managing design projects through to completion
