These resources will be focused on Structural Analysis and will be responsible for analyzing complex systems and developing solutions to structural analysis problems. Establish design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration, and test.

Required Skills & Experience

Active Secret Clearance

STEM Degree

Ability to work onsite full time (9/80 schedule)

10% travel

Strong background in mechanical design, analysis, assembly and integration and environmental testing

Experience with design and development of precision mechanical components and assemblies.

Ability to conduct trade studies of engineering analysis and present results in written format

Demonstrated ability to articulate technical concepts to other internal and customer teams.

Finite Element/Finite Difference analysis experience

Computer aided design experience using Solidworks or equivalent CAD packages

Experience with thermal and structural analysis methodologies and software tools.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

ME Degree

Specialty Engineering Experience: Environmental and/or Safety.

Experience with mechanical overhaul procedure development at the equipment and system level.

Experience conducting analysis of mechanical components and structures involving launch equipment, determining effectiveness, and creating written recommendations for increasing efficiency.
