-Maintains the established standard operating environment (SOE) for the desktops and remote devices.
- Performs duties using provided tools to identify, mitigate risk, and remove vulnerabilities from the desktops and remote devices.
- Deploy patches and software updates on desktops, remote devices, and servers
- Deploy non SOE software such as MS Visio, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, etc to desktops and remote devices.
- Managing service requests within the ticketing system
Identifies and resolves technical problems related to software deployments
- Modify/build software packages /updates for applications
- Create, test and troubleshoot GPOs as needed
- Create packages and deploy driver and BIOS updates

Required Skills & Experience
- 4-6 years of IT Experience with 3+ years supporting MECM/SCCM
- Experience with patching and deployments as it relates to applications and infrastructure updates
- Experience creating images and OSD
- Security Plus CE
- Top Secret willing to get SCI
- Ability to work remote, but live in the DC region. On site need might be once a month
