Our global entertainment client is looking for a Media Assistant. This position is a hybrid position and you must be able to go into the Glendale, CA office. This role is part of the library, store and management of digital assets. This team services out physical assets such as: tapes and films.

Job Qualifications:

• Prior library or physical asset experience Preferred
• Important to be organized and know how to prioritize
• Detail oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to meet deadlines
• Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Adobe, Outlook, Google Sheets
• Advanced computer skills
• Knowledge of Digital asset file types and delivery methods- Video, Audio, Text
• Customer service background
• Great research ability
• Time-management ability
• Great problem-solver
• Ability to work in a team
• Strong ability to multitask under pressure
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $24.93 to $27.70 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match
