Our client, a well-known entertainment company with an office in Hollywood, California is looking for a Media Sales Coordinator to join their team for a 6 month contract (with possibility for extension)! This role will work a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Interacts daily with the Media Sales Director and Media Account Executives to ensure sales meeting planning, follow up items, sales materials and sales coordination with the other regions is in order, including all administrative needs
- Coordinate client/agency meetings and conference calls for VP and Account Executives
- Coordinate internal weekly email with marketplace and brand updates
- Maintain and coordinate receipts for expense reports for Sales Director and Account Executives
- Update and create sales materials for the LA sales team
- Update weekly revenue reports
- Maintain contact list with key client targets for LA sales team
- Coordinate client entertaining events from venue selection to creating invites and managing guest list and headcount
- Research new and existing brands along with uncover new agencies for LA sales team outreach efforts
- Support digital media planning team
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in a related field
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Advanced Excel skills with an aptitude to work with numbers
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Strong interpersonal and attention to detail skills, proven ability to work well in a team, as well as with internal and external clients
- Professional phone demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize work under tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Flexible with overtime as needed
