Beloit Clinic is hiring for a Medical Assistant to join our ENT team. Duties will include rooming patients, reconciling medication lists, administering injections, triaging and responding to patient messages per protocol. Assist with procedures, scheduling appointments and surgeries, completing precerts, refilling medications per protocol. Assists with clinical duties, ordering supplies, and cleaning exam rooms. Required:

• Graduate of an accredited program
• Certified or Registered as Medical Assistant, or ability to obtain within 18 months
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong critical thinking abilities
• Great communication skills

Preferred:

• Previous ENT experience
• Previous EMT experience
