Position Summary
Provides clinical support to patients in the Physician clinic under the supervision of the provider. Provides continuity and coordination of care in the outpatient setting including adolescents as well as adults.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
For New hires: Certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment. If currently certified, must maintain current certification. CPR certification required.
Certification or completion courses must meet the standards of Memorial Medical Center.
Medical Assistant will be required to cross train to work as a Front Office Representative. Front Office Representative duties include the efficient, productive, and professional operation of the front office of the Clinic, which includes telephone and patient reception, scheduling patients, collecting patient demographic and insurance information, and collecting/documenting patient payments.

- Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience: Two (2) years clinical office experience. Medical terminology, computer knowledge required.
- Certification/Licensure: Possess a current MA certification.
