Medical Billing Specialist

Experis IT ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Medical device organization in the Livermore, CA for a Medical Billing Specialist role to assist their team. This is an on-site role.

Pay Rate; $26/hr on W2
Location: Livermore, CA (100% onsite)
Shift: 7 a.m. -3:30 p.m.
Duration: 12 months Contrcat with possible extension or hiring

Job Description:
o Working Denials in a timely manner that results in cash collection goals.
o Represent company and team in a professional and positive manner.
o Meet and exceed daily and monthly productivity goals.
o Detailed oriented, careful and with a focus on quality in accomplishing tasks.
o Able to toggle between computer screens
o Issues identified and resolved within an average of 48 hours.
o Adapts to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:
o High school diploma or GED required
o Associate degree preferred
o Preferred years of experience - Level one representative 1 to 3, Level two representative 3 to 5 and Level three 5+.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
o Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook)
o Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
o Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
