Your Impactful Role:

• Provide compassionate nursing care adhering to nursing assistant duties under a licensed nurse
• Assist residents with daily living activities like bathing, grooming, and oral care
• Promptly respond to call lights to ensure resident needs are met
• Report any observed resident condition changes to the charge nurse
• Ensure residents are prepared for meals and provide feeding assistance as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Prepare, administer, and chart oral, topical, and suppository medications (after med tech training)
• Train and mentor new resident care assistants on best practices

Med Tech Training Path:

• After 90 days and meeting criteria, you can be considered for the Medication Technician (Med Tech) role
• Comprehensive training provided for the advanced Med Tech position
• Upon meeting competency assessments and policies, you'll be eligible for this role

Your Qualifications:

• CNA license preferred but not required
• Positive team player with passion for caring for seniors
• Military experience is highly valued, but not mandatory
• Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
