Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• 1 year of medical billing and insurance verification experience
• Dependable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM | $16 - $18 per hour

Medical Claims Representative Job Details

• Support all claims, including review, submission, and follow-up with insurance companies.
• Accurately post and balance payments received electronically, by mail, and from credit cards.
• Answer phone calls, review and resolve outstanding balances, respond to payer correspondence, investigate claim rejections, and verify insurance eligibility.
