Summary
  • Position Summary
    • Represents organization in all patient settings serving as a liaison. Performs key pre-analytical functions such as, but not limited to, specimen collection, specimen processing, and order entry. Also performs waived testing, quality control, and specialty collection.
  • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
    • Education: High School Diploma/GED.
    • License/Certifications: PBT/MLA preferred. Acceptable certification agencies: ASCP, AMT, NHA. Driver's License required.
    • Experience: Minimum of 6 months required in Phlebotomy and Specimen Management. 1 year of related experience preferred.
