  Vitalant is hiring an experienced Medical Lab Scientist II (CLS - licensed in CA required) to bring skilled technical support to our manufacturing lab.

  To thrive in this role, you must be able to:
  
  
  • Perform high complexity testing in immunohematology, including antibody identification, antigen typing, absorptions, elution, and cross match.
  • Provide technical support to hospital transfusion services.
  • Review and report test results, participate in investigative studies, participate in quality control, preventative maintenance, and validations.
  • Be patient and detailed.
  
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent
• California CLS License (Clinical Laboratory Scientist)
• At least 2 least year of Clinical Lab experience needed for a level II Scientist
