Insight Global is searching for a Blood Bank Technologist for a top healthcare facility in Charlotte, NC. This blood banker will be responsible for collecting blood samples from donors or patients, preparing, processing, and issuing blood and blood products for transfusions, and determining compatibility between donors and recipients. They must have the knowledge to be able to perform full range of laboratory tests and the ability to communicate results to medical staff. Equipment knowledge is imperative as troubleshooting equipment may be required.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of blood bank technologist experience

Current MLS Cert through the ASCP or AMT

Bachelors degree

Ability to pass FBI-level background check

Exceptional problem solving and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Trauma experience

Experience at a large healthcare system
