Job Description:

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of the clinic. As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in patient interaction, managing the front desk, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in 150-200 patients daily
• Verify insurance and update contact information
• Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
• Schedule follow-up appointments
• Manage outgoing communications, including faxes

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service experience, especially in high-volume settings
• Healthcare experience preferred, but transferable skills will be considered
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Additional Details:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Type of Assignment: Contract-to-Hire
• Software: NextGen
• Dress Code: Business Casual (no jeans)
