We are seeking a Medical Receptionist for a 3-4 month contract at a busy clinic that conducts clinical research trials. The ideal candidate is punctual, has great communication skills and 1+ years of experience as a Medical Receptionist.

Important Information:
  • Location: Must reside locally in St Louis, MO 63141
  • Contract Duration: September 3, 2024 - December 20, 2024; contract duration is subject to change
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm


Job Overview:
  • Greet patients and their families in person or by phone, answer questions, and assist with forms
  • Schedule appointments for patients, including follow-ups
  • Notify staff when patients arrive
  • Prepare medical files, maintain patient information, and ensure insurance and other information is up to date
  • Answer phones and emails from patients, and liaise with medical providers
  • Keep the front office clean and organized
  • Other duties as assigned
