Job Description:

As a Medical Screener you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to military service members and representatives. This role involves handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing support in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and electronic correspondence
• Schedule medical and dental appointments
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Investigate and resolve inquiries
• Collect and analyze client data

Qualifications:

• Valid medical certification (CMA, RMA, LVN, or equivalent)
