Description
In this Scribe role, you will support Ophthalmology providers in the Stein Eye Santa Monica clinic. You will be responsible for keeping the physician moving in the office and medical record support services. Duties include, but not limited to: * Document patient-physician interaction while patients are being examined * Review patient records and audit charts for accuracy * Pend orders and referrals * Assist with preparation and documentation of appeal letters (medication, diagnostic testing, treatment, etc) * Review After Visit Summary with patients and provide educational materials * Assist with other administrative work as needed Salary Range: $23.86-23.86 Hourly This is a part-time per diem position.
