Requirements

• This job requires you to possess critical thinking skills,

• Make decisive judgments.

• Work with minimal supervision.

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Maintain an appropriate manner and conduct.

• Perform keyboard skills, invasive procedures, etc.,

• Hand-eye coordination.

• You must be able to concentrate on fine details despite constant interruptions.

• It is essential to attend to a task for more than 60 minutes and maintain focus even when relating to specific ideas multiple times.

• You must have the ability to recall tasks/assignments at the beginning of a period extending several days.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate Degree

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Proof of technical training or Vocational training

• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required at hire

• One year experience in a clinical laboratory as a technologist, hospital environment needed.

• For the third shift, at least three years of experience is preferred.
