Our client a major pharmaceutical company is seeking a QC Scientist to provide critical support within their quality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the transfer of analytical methods from development to manufacturing, ensuring that all processes meet regulatory and quality standards. This role requires a strong background in analytical chemistry, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer of analytical methods from R&D to manufacturing, ensuring accuracy, reproducibility, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Validation: Develop and execute method validation protocols to ensure methods are robust and reliable.
- Documentation: Prepare and review technical documents, including method transfer protocols, validation reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Quality Control, and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless method transfer and troubleshooting.
- Training: Provide training and support to laboratory personnel on new methods and techniques.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, EMA) and company policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance method transfer efficiency and effectiveness
