Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program management, client services or management consulting.
  • Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation projects to customers. (e.g. cloud migrations or multi-cloud transformations across data warehousing and analytics, application development, or cybersecurity solutions).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as required.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with any one of the following: delivery methodology/framework - Scrum, SAFE, Lean, XP, Waterfall or others.
  • Experience with product design and feature development.
  • Experience with content management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across with multiple levels of management including executive leadership teams, peers, managers, and junior staff.
  • Excellent investigative, problem solving, communication and project management skills.

In this role, you will support Google Cloud Professional Services Organization (PSO) as a global business partner for the in-region Professional Services leadership. You will lead the help standardizing Owner Furnished Equipment (ofe) Professional Services project and program delivery at a global scale by defining, developing, communicating best practices, processes, and assets for delivery excellence. You will drive value back to the PSO regions and technical practices by providing scalable delivery methodologies and tools to allow the field to execute cloud consulting engagements more effectively and consistently, gathering regional technical and delivery expertise, lessons learned, and promoting them to global standards.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$234,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-disciplinary projects, project schedules and identify risks, and clearly communicate gaps to project stakeholders. Keep all stakeholders and participants aligned on project progress, deliverables, obligations, and milestones.
  • Develop the consulting program management engagement delivery playbook (e.g., consistent procedures and best practices for Professional Services Organization (PSO) project delivery).
  • Build and gather perspectives for using the appropriate inputs and techniques to consent, increase awareness, and increase adoption and compliance.
  • Organize and conduct regular stakeholder meetings, and communicate summaries and action items.
  • Provide clear oversight and accountability to execute agreed-upon ideas and direction into action, while assisting with driving clarity and decisions. Monitor the effectiveness and progress of key initiatives. Participate in select key initiatives collaboratively.
