Description

Manage and facilitate development projects, collaborate on site selection process including zoning and entitlement process. Manage external and internal partners and make sure all are in alignment with project goals, including monitoring costs and budget alignment. Facilitate and or assist with negotiations and business terms related to acquisitions and dispositions. Support Director or RE transactions in managing projects and evaluating transactions while ensuring that project timelines and deliverables are met. Estimated salary range for this position is $79155.42 - $102902.05 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications:

Estimated salary range for this position is $79155.42 - $102902.05 / year depending on experience.Degrees: Bachelors Additional Qualifications: Minimum of 4-5 years of increasing responsibility in the real estate management sector with a strong background in project management. Ability to work effectively with all internal and external clients. Excellent oral & written communications skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft office used to prepare excel workbooks and presentations. Good organizational skills and a strong administrative background. Project Management Certification Preferred. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. R.P.A or C.P.M. preferred, but not required.
