• Assess consultant talent through onsite visit collaboration and skill assessment.
• Assist consultants with talk tracks, approach, coaching to develop comfort level with highest levels of dealership management.
• Work with consultants to establish 2 to 3 key take-aways that can be tracked and monitored by Process and Performance Coach.
• Promote consulting 3 touch point process.
• Develop training plans for consultants to reach the next level.
• Communicate, collaborate with consultant managers so that they can assist their consultants in completing training plans and improve performance.
• Shadow new consultants on initial deliveries, set a follow-up schedule to gauge performance improvement.
• Evaluate, designate consultant mentors for new hires.
• Conduct new consultant orientation and onboarding.
• Recommend training curriculum for holiday weeks.
• Assist Senior Manager with Special Projects to include utilization assessments, high level management meetings with Enterprise, Inner Circle and Value Clients.
• Assist in the development and documentation of Consulting process and procedure.
• Assist with the development of new Consulting products.

Salary Range: $90,000 -108,000
