5+ years of experience in building database objects (tables, views, stored procedures) in microsoft SQL

5+ years of .net development experience building web-services that connect a UI layer to one or more databases / other services in an N-Tier environment

Solid communication/conflict resolution skills at all levels of a project (business users, analyst/PM, other developers, etc).

Attention to detail with respect to satisfying requirements, unit-testing of code before its' passed on to QA/Test resources and code documentation/comments necessary to maintain anything built.

Effective prioritization of tasks (troubleshooting, development, etc)
