Middle School Wrestling Asst Coach

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to serve as an assistant coach for the middle school wrestling team. This is a seasonal position located at Onalaska Middle School.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the head coach in planning and leading practices and matches
- Teach and demonstrate proper wrestling techniques and strategies to student-athletes
- Provide individualized coaching and feedback to student-athletes
- Ensure the safety and well-being of student-athletes during practices and matches
- Help maintain equipment and facilities
- Attend all practices, matches, and team meetings as required
- Communicate effectively with the head coach, student-athletes, parents, and school administrators

Requirements:
- Prior experience coaching or participating in wrestling at the middle school or higher level
- Knowledge of wrestling techniques and strategies
- Ability to work effectively with student-athletes of varying skill levels and backgrounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
- Must pass a background check and meet all other requirements for employment at Onalaska Middle School.
