Provides multi-faceted Intelligence support services consisting of, but not limited to, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysts, Identity Intelligence (I2), Biometric-related analysis and production, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Managers (RCM), Special Advisors, Intelligence Analysts, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), and other analytic and target support-related intelligence support services to assigned military units, and administrative support in support of the overall Intelligence mission in support of Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) intelligence staffs and organizations.

Contractor personnel supporting this effort will be integrated into military and civilian intelligence operations and support CJTF-OIR Headquarters, the Combined Joint Force Land Component Command (CJFLCC) headquarters and subordinate units, and the Combined Special Operations Joint Task Force OIR (CSOJTF-OIR) and its subordinate units to accomplish Commander CJTF-OIR Intelligence priorities and taskings.

The Mid-Level All-Source Analyst Reachback Network Focus - MacDill AFB, provides HUMINT, All-Source Intelligence, and Reachback CI analysis support services.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Human Intelligence Analysis tasks include:
  • Provide analytic feedback products for HUMINT and HUMINT operational reports.
  • Write and assemble all-source analysis products in support of HUMINT.
  • Build network analysis charts and products that identify target networks of interest.
  • Produce Analyst Notebook (ANB), Palantir, or comparable network charts in one baseline product updated daily or weekly; PowerPoint network analysis products; and Microsoft (MS) Word network analysis products. If supported unit uses a non-industry standard network analysis tool other than ANB or Palantir, On-the-Job Training (OJT) time will be built into the deliverable.
  • Produce and brief periodic HUMINT roll-up products. Read, and summarize all HUMINT products produce by assigned units.
  • Respond to RFIs. Provide trend analysis. Support CONOPs development/threat analysis for mission risk determination.
  • Research, develop, present, and publish HUMINT analytical products at the tactical and operational levels related to insurgent activities, and threats to local/regional stability as part of an overall Counter Insurgency (COIN) and targeting analytical team. Provide analysis that assists with CONOP development for US HUMINT missions. Support the publishing of post mission- draft ITRs as required. Coordinate with the appropriate intelligence agencies.
  • Provide input to multiple NIC/NIST Government requirements and objectives
  • Perform HUMINT analysis related to threat awareness, force protection, mission planning, general target development, damage assessment, and counterterrorism in the CENTCOM AOR.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on specific topics independently or as a part of a larger analytical effort focusing on current events and long-term trends that could impact the supported unit's mission.
  • Act as Site Lead, manage other contractors as assigned by the Program Manager, or Regional Manager.
  • Perform ad hoc/anticipated deliverables no latter then 48 hours after initial tasking, unless otherwise coordinated with the Government Lead, and COR/ACOR
  • Reachback Counterintelligence Analysis Support tasks include:
  • Provide analysis support to an intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of OIR CJ2X analytical requirements.
  • Coordinate the activities of co-located contractor Reachback intelligence analysts and maintaining effective communications with forward deployed senior intelligence staff and ensures all production requirements meet customer needs.
  • Analyze All-source reporting.
  • Establish, maintain, and improve enduring search criteria using reporting tools such as TCOP or other accredited Government tools.
  • Conduct analysis to develop actionable products.
  • Provide feedback to collectors through evaluations and SDRs.
  • Support CI screening and operations.
  • Support HUMINT Operations.
  • Identify individuals of CI concern through all-source analysis.
  • Proactively identify insider threats and Military CT Collection (MCC) leads.
  • Generate leads and provide support to full-spectrum CI operations.
  • Generate thorough assessments based on reporting reviews, and CI indicators.
  • Publish IIR evaluations. Provide operational assessments and recommendations.
  • Conduct local national linguist (LNL) vetting.
  • Positively Identify (PID) and/or de-conflict LN identities.
  • Assess LN threat concerns based on all-source analysis.
  • Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables are required no latter then 48 hours after initial tasking, unless otherwise coordinated with the Government Lead, and COR/ACOR.

  • Proficient in utilizing standard computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development
  • Possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills
  • Be capable of effectively operating as a member of an analytical team from a remote location in support of CENTCOM AOR requirements
  • Briefing skills to include the ability to clearly articulate complex information
  • Deployed experience in either, Afghanistan, Iraq/SWA regional issues, and CI/HUMINT, CT, political and military analysis

Clearance Required:
  • TS/SCI with polygraph (current or pending)

Minimum Education:
  • Associate degree or three years of DoD specialized training

Minimum Years of Experience:
  • At least four years analytical experience (of which at least two years are CI/HUMINT intelligence analysis experience) at the tactical/operational level within DoD or equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 35F, 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, OR USMC - 0205 Master Analyst, 0211Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, 0239 Intelligence Analyst OR U.S. Navy - Navy Intelligence Specialist OR USAF - 14NX Intelligence Officer or IN1XX Operations Intelligence, IN771, Human Intelligence Specialist, IN451 A Intelligence Fusion Analyst OR other equivalent DoD Joint Service or other Service specialty codes
