Provides multi-faceted Intelligence support services consisting of, but not limited to, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), All-Source Intelligence Analysts, Identity Intelligence (I2), Biometric-related analysis and production, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Analysis, Intelligence Requirements Collection Managers (RCM), Special Advisors, Intelligence Analysts, Planners, Targeting Support, Counterintelligence (CI) Support, Screener Support, Strategic Debriefing Support, Foreign Government Information (FGI) Analysis, Exploitation (DOMEX and MEDEX), Target Focused Analysis and Neutralization (TFAN), Operational Intelligence Knowledge Management (KM), and other analytic and target support-related intelligence support services to assigned military units, and administrative support in support of the overall Intelligence mission in support of Combined Joint Task Force-Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) intelligence staffs and organizations.

Contractor personnel supporting this effort will be integrated into military and civilian intelligence operations and support CJTF-OIR Headquarters, the Combined Joint Force Land Component Command (CJFLCC) headquarters and subordinate units, and the Combined Special Operations Joint Task Force OIR (CSOJTF-OIR) and its subordinate units to accomplish Commander CJTF-OIR Intelligence priorities and taskings.

The Mid-Level GEOINT Imagery Analyst provides GEOINT full motion video (FMV) and Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) support services.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform GEOINT Full Motion Video (FMV)/Processing Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) Support tasks in the CENTCOM AOR.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of operational intent of upcoming missions, study Essential Elements of Information (EEI), understand EEIs support or answer intelligence gaps related to the missions performed by CJTF-OIR.
  • Prioritize full-motion video intelligence EEIs in accordance with PIRs and customer requests in order to support specific intelligence collection requirements and mission demands.
  • Conduct Phase 1 PED at differing coalition classification levels.
  • Monitor FMV feeds in accordance with EEI guidance and provide call outs and phone calls to customer in accordance with dissemination guidance.
  • Conduct FMV stills for events that capture significant activity. Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables in coordination with CPIE Leadership, the Government Lead, and the COR/ACOR:
  • Perform imagery analysis, written assessments and briefing slides meeting EEI criteria.
  • Maintain Chat log throughout mission that details all EEI related/SIG-ACT, to establish trends and descriptive patterns of life. Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables in coordination with CPIE Leadership, the Government Lead, and the COR/ACOR: Chat log.
  • Perform vehicle follows annotating route, location, and times, as required throughout mission.
  • Combine all products per objective in EEI into a single analytical product.
  • Disseminate all FMV products IAW dissemination instructions contained within collection requirements or customer specific instructions.
  • Ad Hoc/anticipated deliverables are required NLT 24 hours after initial tasking, unless otherwise coordinated with CPIE Leadership, the Government Lead, and COR/ACOR.

  • Expert knowledge of basic and advanced GEOINT imagery interpretation principles, techniques, and procedures for imagery exploitation, analysis and production operations
  • Excellent written communication, research, and analytic skills
  • Excellent oral communication skills for presenting, briefing, or communicating analytical research material including the use of multimedia presentations
  • Expert ability to manage research and coordination for projects, reports, and presentations
  • Knowledge and experience in GEOINT production operations

Clearance Required:
  • TS/SCI

Minimum Education:
  • Associate Degree or three years of relevant experience in Geospatial Intelligence Operations

Minimum Years of Experience:
  • At least four years of current GEOINT, Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field Analysis experience with the following MOS 35G, 350G, 12Y, USCM 0261, 0241, AF IN151X OR other DoD OR Government agency equivalent specialty codes
