The Inside Sales Representative III is responsible for initiating, maintaining and growing relationships with prospective inbound and/or existing Iron Mountain customers while conducting various sales activities to establish and/or grow their accounts with Iron Mountain. Success in this role is measured by hitting / exceeding monthly sales quotas and consistently staying ahead of activity metrics.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect within a book of business to find opportunities to grow existing accounts with Iron Mountain
- Sell, cross-sell, and sell whole solution vs. one service
- Understand economic, financial, market, and industry trends to drive profitable growth
- Demonstrate understanding of key industry trends and conditions
- Explore alternatives and positions to support and satisfy all parties
- Understand and influence a wide range of customer stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: High school diploma, 4-year college degree preferred
- Experience: 4+ years Solution-based B2B Sales ; technology sales a plus
- A driven self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Achieves or exceeds performance and/or sales metrics and targets
- Manage sales pipeline effectively and accurately
- Experience working with a similar company preferred
- Record of success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas and departmental metrics
- Proficiency with CRM and sales management tools
- Exhibits strong time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM and sales management tools, preferred
