The Military Fleet Manager is the liaison between Tinker Air Force Base and Collins Aerospace Power & Controls. The Fleet Manager partners with contracts, program management and operations to resolve customer concerns, issues and queries.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Partner and align with contracts, program managers and operations to interface with customers at all levels and functions.
  • Attend customer facilitated meetings, respond to late order or proposal concerns and drive actions to closure.
  • Communicate customer concerns, issues and queries to program office or leadership.
  • Ensure close out, accountability and follow up while taking an open transparent approach to build partnership and trust with customer.
  • Lead and facilitate preparation for quarterly executive meetings in response to specific topics requested by customer.
  • Engage and develop relationship with customer, act as voice of the customer.
  • Provide point of escalation when issues arise and track path of closure.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience OR
  • In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required
  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident Green Card holder

  • Experience presenting to senior management and executives
