Description

SAIC is seeking a Mission Compliance Test Auditor to join our team in our Chantilly, VA office. This position provides specialized engineering, analysis, and operations support to a variety of US Government (USG) customers. We support the generation after next of national security- related systems based in space, in the air, and on the ground.

We have an opening for an engineer to support the development and management of mission compliance for a USG customer. The Mission Compliance Test Auditor will support the evaluation of end-to-end test events of contracts and interface with developers, project test leads, participants/stakeholders, program management and the Government Test Director by providing Mission Compliance/Test assistance, as necessary to meet required mission tasks and objectives. Provide policy/compliance/test audit expertise in the Risk Management Framework (RMF) knowledge and process, System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) planning, and Mission Compliance Program (MCP).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Identify programs needing mission compliance oversight

• Report Compliance Status for each government project

• Track and report Compliance Training status

• Develop templates and guides to support programs with Mission Compliance strategies, plan and documentation

• Develop Mission Compliance awareness training materials

• Record and track Mission Compliance Program Memorandum for Records (MFRs), and associated action items for resolve and closure

• Identify and recommend key and necessary program measures and standards for manufacturing, design and development and launch reliability

• Develop and maintain end-to-end test strategy and integrity, test plan and procedures templates

• Review and provide comments on test plans and procedures

• Document end-to-end test results, test incidents, and test summary and closure plan

• Provide test event status inputs to the Lead Scheduler /Risk Coordinator, as required

• Identify and record any applicable lessons learned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9 years experience or 7 years with a Masters

• Engineering experience with experience in mission compliance and test auditing

• Experience supporting policy/compliance/test audit in the Risk Management Framework (RMF) knowledge and process, Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) planning, and Mission Compliance Program (MCP)

• Strong interpersonal skills with effective technical writing and briefing skills

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications and SharePoint

• Current TS/SCI clearance w/Poly
