Mobility Systems Admin/Support Opportunity

Apex has an exciting opportunity for a Mobility Systems Admin. This is a 2-3+ month contract position with a flexible pay rate based on experience.

Position:Mobility Systems Admin/Support
Location:Hybrid - Woburn, MA
Duration:2-3+ month contract with potential for continued projects
Rate:Negotiable based on experience

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of mobile device procurement, including ordering, receiving, provisioning, system administration, and support services for end-user devices (phones and tablets) across all BILH entities and affiliates. This includes IT mobile device services for new hires, refresh, break/fix, device reclaims, asset inventory, asset quotes, and ordering.

Perform daily tasks such as creating MDM profiles, deploying shared device hardware, supporting BYOD, and providing hardware/software support and troubleshooting. This also involves moving hardware between various MDM configurations.

Demonstrate advanced knowledge of iOS and Android operating systems, hardware, software, and mobile device management suites.

Follow instructions effectively and be able to hit the ground running.
