The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.

We're looking for a Global Monetization Strategy & Operations Associate who can execute against global strategic priorities for multinational accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement client partnerships (JBPs) with TikTok's highest priority global accounts. Ensure the successful delivery and activation of these deals across all regions.
- Develop commercial strategies by collaborating with key stakeholders across global sales/commercial functions. Manage key initiatives on a project basis.
- Support the development and planning of monetization strategies through analysis and research, transforming insights into growth initiatives.
- Lead regular analysis and insights sharing around all internal revenue/sales productivity metrics (historical and forward-looking) and external performance/benchmarking/market sizing. These insights should help the business better understand key value drivers and growth opportunities.
- Act as an internal 'champion' who tirelessly advocates and connects the needs of our largest global clients across all internal organizations, including all global and regional sales operations functions as well as with our internal systems teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales strategy, growth strategy, sales finance, product strategy, consulting, investment banking, or related analytical roles.
- Bachelor degree is a minimum, preferably in Finance, Analytics, Business Management or a related field
- Experience developing sales strategies for a global or multinational sales organization
- Experience persuading and influencing internal and external C-suite partners

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in high-growth tech startups and advertising is preferred.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems. Great logical and data sensitivity
- Possess a self-starter attitude
- Maintain a get-it-done mindset: Be motivated to work hard and efficiently in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
