Team Introduction
The high-performing Global Monetization Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
We are looking for someone who is eager to be a part of a dynamic, high-growth, fast-paced environment. You will have a first hand opportunity to shape monetization efforts in the North America Key Accounts business. This role requires the ability to use analytical rigor to identify and prioritize organizational growth levers, solve pain points, and partner closely with cross-functional leaders. This person should have strategic thinking capabilities, be detail-oriented, proactive, able to wear multiple hats, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.

Responsibilities
- Partner with our sales leadership team to support various advertiser segments by providing insights, driving actions, and influencing business outcomes.
- Identify revenue opportunities and translate them into actionable go-to-market strategies through rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis, while developing a deep understanding of business and market dynamics. Drive cross-functional programs based on these strategies, track progress, and measure impact.
- Assist in business planning and policy making, including target setting, forecasting, business reviews and analysis, as well as the development and execution of sales and client incentive policies.
- Identify gaps in policies, processes, and systems. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions, drive adoption of new solutions, and provide ongoing iterations.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration by building and maintaining strong working relationships with key business partners such as Sales, Product, HR, Legal, and Finance.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Highly detail-oriented with superior organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Significant internship or professional experience in a related field, such as sales, marketing, or business analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools to extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets for informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in project management or leading various initiatives.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
