Responsibilities

Methodist Hospital a member of Dignity Health is currently looking for a Monitor Technician to add to their hospital staff. The Monitor Technician is a member of the healthcare team whose role is to facilitate unit operations through order processing requisition of services and patient procedures maintaining accurate and complete patient charts and managing unit clerical supplies. This position may also assist in patient care as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • One (1) year Unit Assistant or Monitor Technician in a health care setting
  • Ct cpr
  • Basic Cardiac Monitoring Certification. (If not completed by hire date, must obtain within first 6 months of employment in order to continue employment)
  • Medical terminology course or equivalent knowledge
