onitoring Tools Engineer needed to support the Bank wide monitoring efforts. Tools engineers are needed to further enhance the current level of monitoring and operational procedures. Resources would be responsible for making sure monitoring tools are installed and configured with correct thresholds and dashboards. Recommends the appropriate monitoring capabilities in support of business process and is responsible for delivery of aligned capabilities across critical business applications. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; providing leadership in the execution of aligned as a team member or as an individual contributor.

Looking for an experienced Monitoring Tools Engineer to join the APS Telemetry team. In this role, you will be the technical expert for specific core monitoring tools and work directly with our application production support and application development partners to ensure the proper installation, setting of thresholds and dashboard configuration. You'll be working with industry-leading products, you will experience how you can be a game-changer, enabling applications to have less downtime than ever before.

$47.62 - $57.62/hr pay range

Required Skills & Experience
- Individual will need to be proficient in the support of Dynatrace Managed including the deployment, instrumentation and leveraging the tool as an Application Performance Monitoring capability
- Proven experience with one or more supporting monitoring tools such as Splunk, SiteScope, Microfocus BPM, Catchpoint
- Knowledge of OS (Windows/Unix) based infrastructure services, processing, monitoring, shell scripts, etc.
- Proven experience in programming languages (Java and/or .NET)
- Proven experience in application/network performance and availability monitoring
- Proven experience in N-Tier Architecture supporting a multitude of products (Webserver, Middleware, Database, etc.)
- Knowledge of ITIL functions and processes
- An excellent communicator, able to network and influence across multiple levels is required of this role
- A self-motivated, hands-on, driven individual with strong leadership skills
- A strategic thinker who can link business context to technical reality
