Operates all MRI Scanners for the purpose of performing diagnostic exams according to physician orders. Insures the safe and efficient flow of patients in this area. Ensures complete and accurate data entry in the RIS and PACS systems.

Location: Johns Hopkins Sibley Memorial Hospital is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist.
Schedule:
- 2:30pm to 11pm-40-hour per week
Requirements
- Reporting to the Johns Hopkins Imaging Site Manager and MRI Lead Technologist, performs Diagnostic magnetic resonance imaging of organs, organ systems and blood flow studies.
- Provides radiologists with images necessary to obtain diagnostic results so that a comprehensive diagnostic report is available to referring physician.
- Orients physicians, residents, staff and student techno logist in objectives and applications of magnetic resonance imaging and safety.
Qualifications
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist.
- MRI Certification preferred. Technologist may apply as registry eligible but have 12 months in which to attain registered status.
- Two year's experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist.
- Breast imaging experience is preferred.
