Multi-Fellowship Coordinator - Neurology

The Multi-Fellowship Coordinator will provide programmatic support for all DGSOM accredited and non-accredited GME programs across the UCLA Health system. Graduate Medical Education specialists serve various roles in the institutional GME office, providing central services to approximately 100 training programs and over 1,000 trainees (MD interns, residents, and fellows), spanning training sites at UCLA and all major affiliates (VA, County, Cedars, Kaiser). You will partner with faculty in the operational and financial management of the program(s) and/or initiative(s) to ensure an optimal training environment for learners . You will be responsible for a wide range of programmatic and operational activities including but not limited to designing , conducting, promoting, evaluating and supporting an education program ( s ) in compliance with organizational objective s and requirements . The Multi-Fellowship Coordinator s upports learners , program coordinators, program directors and GME leadership in areas such as teaching and learning activities, scheduling, core competencies, assessment, and evaluations. You will c oordinate all activities associated with ongoing administration of the education program(s) and/or initiatives.

Salary range: $68800 - $141000
