About the Team
Global Business Marketing (GBM) is in search for a North America (NA) Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Manager that will support the IMC Lead in overseeing end-to-end external marketing campaign for the U.S.; they are a lead in their own right as we expect this role to soley own projects and campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, strategic rigor, deft project management and cross-functional collaboration skills to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, shift perception, increase production adoption, and educates TikTok for Business' key messaging, ad products, and programs. This role requires a deep understanding and curiosity of the changing landscape of media & performance marketing, and how to inspire advertisers to act.

The right candidate has a great passion for and understanding of TikTok, strong writing skills, expertise in digital channels, and a proven track record in project management, organizational leadership, idea generation and implementation.

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end external marketing campaign for U.S. priorities from briefing through execution and reporting
- Partner with Horizontal IMC Lead to manage all go-to-market needs for Performance, with a focus on owning the Commerce workstream
- Become the expert on where our audience (c-suite and practitioner) lives - IRL and online - to consume information on their business and craft; provide a PoV on how TikTok for Business can show up where they are and engage to drive our business objectives
- Create go-to-market plans that connect TikTok for Business to our audience and drive impact
- Partner with IMC subject matter channel experts (SMEs) - across paid, CRM, newsletter, content dev, web - to deliver on brief needs, ensure messaging and look & feel are consistent across touch points, create and manage workback schedules to see deliverables through completion
- Execute operational rigor in campaign execution, managing processes and workflows that result in working efficiently and all XFN partners staying abreast on campaign progress and/or needs from them
- Support the creation of powerful, forward-looking thought leadership presentations, reports, talking points and briefings for executives, mastering voice and the topics most relevant to the industry
- Be a go-to for innovation on ways of working, how to engage with audiences, and creative inspiration for your target audience

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or communications; prior experience in media agency, technology, or B2B a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solver, with ability to see the big picture
- Highly strategic mindset
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marcoms campaigns
- A demonstrated understanding of CRM and the intersection between SEO, content, and social within the digital marketing landscape
- Solid project management skills
