Responsibilities would include receiving, scanning, filing, and managing documents in both in manual form and as electronic data files. Operates office equipment, (e.g., computer, printer, copier, scanner, fax, and shredder.) This position uses some subject-matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps varying in nature and sequence. The General Clerk selects from alternative methods and refers problems not solvable by adapting or interpreting substantive guides, manuals, or procedures. Typical duties include assisting in a variety of clerical matters; maintaining a wide variety of financial or other records (stored both manually and electronically); verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness; compiling information; and handling and adjusting complaints.NOTE: To be considered for this position, you must be a NANA Shareholder and own stock in "NANA Regional Corporation, Inc." You must currently be enrolled in college or technical/vocational school.Job Responsibilities:
- Provide customer assistance for employees with minor administrative problems and office administrative tasks. Responsible for assisting Human Resources and Quality Department in day-to-day processes.
- Uses some subject-matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps that vary in nature and sequence. Selects from alternative guides, manuals, or procedures. items that require turn in; assisting in a variety of administrative matters; maintaining a wide variety of transaction records; verifying reports for accuracy and completeness and handling and adjusting spreadsheets as required.
- Develops and recommends training or other programs to enhance operations. Conducts training for new hire orientation mandatory training for H.R and Security and when required.
- Provides input, develops and updates presentation slides for management reviews.
- Uses technical writing skills to prepare reports and other documents and correspondence as directed.
- Filing, scanning, faxing.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must be a NANA Shareholder and own stock in "NANA Regional Corporation, Inc."
- Must currently be enrolled in college or technical/vocational school
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Requires excellent verbal, written, organization, and planning skills
- Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to multi-task
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
