In this role, you will provide critical oversight on matters related to the project and be responsible for building external relationships with recognized experts, HCPs, and prioritizing external stakeholders in the therapeutic area and integrated health care systems. You will:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve targeted metrics and maximize revenue from national and regional accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders, including executives, medical directors, and pharmacy directors
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to develop and implement account-specific strategies
- Secure access in pharmacy and medical/buy and bill benefits
- Attend national and local society industry and society meetings as necessary
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, pharmacy, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
- 5 years of experience as National Account Director
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in dermatology
- Willingness to travel more than 40% of the time
Desired Requirements:
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
