TK Elevator Home Solutions is currently seeking an experienced National Account Manager for the US and Canada. This is a fully remote position.

With a growing presence in North America, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced National Account Manager to help drive our success in this key market.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts across the US and Canada, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact at a corporate level for all national accounts, including VA and government entities, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Work closely with the Business Development Managers to ensure that national accounts are supported at a regional level.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and market share targets across the USA & Canada.
  • Set sales goals, create action plans, and monitor performance metrics to ensure success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the national network, expanding the reach and impact of Access BDD's product offering
  • Lead the development and execution of sales strategies specifically targeting VA and government contracts.
  • Navigate the complexities of government procurement processes to secure and manage contracts.
  • Stay informed on VA and government regulations and requirements, ensuring Access BDD's products and services are compliant and competitive.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for national accounts providing exceptional service and support.
  • Advocate for the needs and requirements of national accounts within Access BDD, ensuring that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and service improvements.
  • Promote Access BDD's products and services through various channels, including trade shows, industry events, and networking activities.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events, positioning Access BDD as a leading provider of mobility solutions.
  • Work closely with the global sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share best practices.
  • Work closely with the regional Business Development Managers to provide support for key accounts at the regional level, ensuring a cohesive and coordinated approach to account management.
  • Partner with the Technical Support team to ensure customers receive timely and effective solutions to any issues.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitor analysis to senior management.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Diploma standard education or equivalent (essential).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (desirable).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, ideally within the mobility or accessibility industry.
  • Strong understanding of the North American mobility/accessibility industry.
  • Strong understanding of government and VA sales.
  • Experience working with distributors, partners, and customers in a B2B environment.
  • Fluent in English (required)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve results and exceed targets.
