National Marketing Coordinator

This person will be responsible for writing creative briefs, handling follow ups, answering buyers' questions, attending meetings and taking notes/reporting back on notes, coordinating photo shoots, etc. This person will be an interactive member of the team and this is not a behind the desk job. They should be well-spoken, and organized.
Other "Day to Day" tasks are listed below:
• Help coordinate tasks daily with internal departments & 3rd parties to ensure flawless execution of National Marketing Events, PR Initiatives and Programs not related to specific product categories
• Coordinate and implement marketing request forms, coupon set-up, insertion orders, invoices, kitting lists, etc. for a variety of marketing projects on an ongoing basis
• Compile and manage project timelines and task lists
• Proofread marketing and presentation materials for messaging and accuracy
• May perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience
• Bachelors degree in marketing or communications, OR 1-3 years work experience in project management of marketing programs, preferably in a retail marketing environment
• Understands multiple marketing channels (email, social media, etc.)
• Demonstrates effective project management, organization, communication and multi-tasking skills
• Outstanding attention to detail, timelines and deadlines
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple internal and external partners
• Ability to effectively communicate, interact, and build relationships to support store networks
• Demonstrated skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Asana
• Experience in Tableau
• Any Campaign Marketing experience
• Adobe experience
